Had some trouble with my old windows XP tuning laptop so I talked with Chris and was able to bring it in and have him take a look at it. He was able to install new USB drivers for the equipment I needed, saving me alot of headaches and money in the long run. If you have any computer issues these are the guys to come to. My laptop broke in the middle of my semester, which was really stressful. I found these guys online and I am very happy with my experience. The staff was so kind and did everything they could to make sure I was able to get my computer back quickly. Would definitely recommend! Very reasonably priced.

My experience with Zach the Tech is second to none. They did all work for me (upgrading my PC & adding a new Hard Drive) in time promised. After picking up my PC I experienced some problems of "my own making" and immediately called their office. Jackie was extremely helpful in solving my problem and was very patient with me. She is definitely a credit to this organization and should be commended for her fine work. Their work is reasonably priced. I will certainly return to them for all my computer needs.

Truly one of the best experiences I have had! Zach the tech quickly diagnosed the issue with my computer and had it fixed with in a few days and if they would have needed to order a part then it would have taken longer but it definitely is worth the wait! They are affordable, kind, and keep you in the loop as to what's going on with your repair!! 10/10 will be coming back if I ever run into tech issues again!

I had gone to Zach the Tech because of the ratings. The whole team was amazing. I went in with a wet laptop they were able to do a file transfer to an external drive to help me keep our company running while the computer was under repair. To save me money they look more into the computer and noticed it still had 3 months left on the warranty. They were honest with me and saved me from spending unnecessary money. Highly recommend!

Zach the Tech was recommended to me by my sister and BIL, who were impressed with the repair service on their computer. I took my own computer to Zach's shop, and explained the problem to Jackie at the front desk. I a matter of hours, they had figured out the problem, and after I okayed the solution, made the repair. My main desktop has been working perfectly ever since, and this is important because I am a writer and depend on it. These folks do fine work at a reasonable price.

Zach and Jackie took great care of an old computer I had badly messed up with ill-advised OS updating. Returned in a few days, gave me options, and ultimately saved my data! Mac runs like new and I’ll get a couple of extra years out of it thanks to them! Super polite, reasonable about prices, diligent about updating you about their progress, and great at creative solutions to address your needs. Honest. That’s rare. If you have a computer problem, don’t go to Best Buy or a chain store, go see Zach.

Did a very good job on my laptop. I felt it was worth every penny. They were able to get everything I needed off the hard drive and send it to me so I could continue my work. They also were able to get it fixed less then a week. All in all I really do appreciate Zach and his staff. They were life savors.

Great experience! The hard drive on my laptop decided it was die soon. Zach and the guys got me set up with a new hard drive and saved all my existing data and settings. Got me up and running the same afternoon. Knowledgeable with fair prices. Price of the diagnostic is applied to any repair and 30 day warranty. Thanks guys!

Had these guys upgrade my son's AMD gaming computer so that it was able to run the HTC Vive virtual reality gaming system. I mainly dealt with another young man in the office, not Zack himself because Zack was usually in the field. But I did eventually get to go over all of the work done with him in the end. And he helped us with a quick run through of how everything was going to work. Service was excellent from both men, and all the upgrades worked like a dream. The price & labor rates were great, so I even added a few more upgrades to the CPU to keep it running smoother, faster, & hopefully extend the overall life of the computer. Again, the service was great & all repairs were done in house in a very reasonable amount of time. They also did an excellent job of keeping me informed during the process with phone calls to ensure I got what I was looking for. I'd be glad to recommend them to anyone that needs computer repair or even just an upgrade like us. And if I have future issues, I know I can trust the work & integrity of these two gentleman.

Could not find PC tower thumb screws anywhere in town. This place, however, sold me the 4 I needed out of their own stock they use for their repairs! Couldn't be happier.

Zach was professional and very helpful in solving two separate computer issues for me, one of which was time sensitive for which he volunteered to stay after hours to resolve. Owning my own business Zach was the only repair shop in town to answer the phone on a Friday afternoon. He also cloned a hard drive for me on short notice and had my machine up and running again within an hour and a half of discovery of the problem. He appears to be an ambitious young man who knows what is important in small business! I think there are good things on the horizon for him and his business.
